An intermediate to advanced level trip following the path of the “Big Canoe” on the open waters of Georgian Bay. Our trip will start in Tobermory where we will brush up on our skills and then head out to make the crossing of a lifetime to Manitoulin Island. Sure, we have personally done the crossing in one epic day but have since got older and wiser. We decided to partner with private property owners along the route so you can experience true wilderness, local folklore, traditional storytelling and the breathless serenity of Georgian Bay. Once we reach the other side we will be able to reminisce about our expedition as we voyage back to Tobermory on the M.S. Chi-Cheemaun. Why choose our fully guided trip?
